What an H2O Simplified System Costs, and How Pricing Works

There is no shelf price, because there is no shelf system. A 45-foot diesel pusher and an enclosed race trailer do not get the same build, so they do not get the same number. Here is what goes into the quote, and how to weigh it against the asset it is protecting.

No price tag, and why

You won't find a number on this page. That's deliberate. An H2O Simplified unit gets built around the rig it goes into: a patent-pending 3-in-1 water treatment system that finishes on a true spot-free deionized rinse, with softening and filtration ahead of it, configured for your coach and professionally installed in the service bay.

A coach, a boat, a race trailer and a work truck share almost nothing. Different bays, different plumbing runs, different demands on a wash day. One price for all of them would mean overbuilding for half the owners and shorting the other half. So the system gets built to the rig it serves, and the quote follows the build.

You tell us about the rig. We talk through how you use it and how you wash. You get a straight number for your configuration, with no cart in between and nothing charged for capacity you'll never draw.

What moves the number

Four real factors, none of them mysterious. We walk through each one with you on the call.

Know them going in and the quote stops being a mystery. Nothing padded, nothing missing.

  • Rig size and water demand. A 45-foot coach asks more of a system than a small trailer does, and the configuration scales with it.
  • Bay layout. The install depends on how much room the bay has and where the plumbing runs. Mounting has to work around both.
  • How much of the system you want. Some owners want every stage, right through the spot-free rinse. Some do not need all of it. The build follows what you'll actually use.
  • Install complexity. An open, accessible bay is quicker work than one that needs routing around everything else already in there, and the quote reflects the real work.

Include ongoing service in the comparison

Compare equipment with the same capabilities. A portable softener alone has a different scope from an installed softener, filter and DI rinse system. Add the installation and consumables needed for the setup you plan to use.

Ask what regeneration salt, replacement filters and DI resin your configuration uses. The service interval depends on inlet water quality and how much water you treat. A frequent traveler washing a large coach will have different requirements from someone using the system a few weekends a year.

Treatment can help reduce new scale and mineral deposits, but it does not guarantee a repair bill will be avoided. Existing paint or glass damage needs its own assessment. Compare the convenience and treatment you will actually use, not an assumed repaint saving.

What happens when you call

For most owners this is a considered purchase, and a real one. If spreading the cost out would make the decision easier, ask about financing when you reach out and we will tell you what is available.

Here is how it goes. We learn about your rig and answer whatever you want to ask. Then you get a straight, itemized number for your configuration. No obligation, and no pressure to decide while we're on the phone. You hear back within one business day.

Nobody here is trying to talk you into capacity you'll never use. The point of the conversation is to land on the right configuration for your rig and put an honest price on it, so you can decide with the whole picture in front of you.

The quick answer

  • No shelf price. Every system is configured for your rig and quoted for your specific install.
  • Four things move the number: rig size and water demand, bay layout, how much of the system you want, and how involved the install is.
  • Include ongoing salt, filter and DI resin service in the ownership cost.
  • Installed once, it travels with the rig and helps protect a six-figure investment at every hookup.
  • Ask about financing when you call. Quotes come back itemized and with no obligation. Expect a reply within one business day.
